Managing end to end recruitment process
Responsible for Recruitment, Selection via job portals, walk-ins, employees- references, followed by screening, shortlisting, and scheduling of interviews of the candidates
Induction, Orientation, On-boarding, and Exit Formalities, Offer letter generation.
Employee performance monitoring and handling appraisal
Attendance, Time & Leave Management
Employee engagement, queries, and grievances
Screening candidates through telephonic interviews
Managing end to end employee life cycle
HR reports and Employee Record Management.
